The Origins of Ener-Con

The idea of Ener-Con was born from the minds of Iacon North: The Manitoba Transformers Fan Club which was founded in 2010. Iacon North began as a group of local Transformers fans who began to appear at local conventions and run their own small events at local flea markets, organizing through the Cybertron.ca Canadian Transformers Forum and a local Facebook group!

In 2012 members of Iacon North began to make plans for a full Transformers Fan Convention, which came to into being in 2014!
